Pricing Promise
When you join RoundTab your account will be created with the current payment fee recorded against it, this will be your payment fee for the lifetime of the account, providing that the service we provide to you does not outstrip the payment we receive.
Your payment fee would remain the same until such a time that it becomes unsustainable for us, and we have no intention of changing that agreement for the foreseeable.
Our promise to you is that we'll always be competitive.
We are focused on building a great service to you and will always treat customers respectfully and fairly.
Where we may want to reconsider and negotiate a new fee is if at such a time we find that our service to you outstrips the payment we’re receiving, in which case we'd want to have a conversation to make sure we are able to service your needs.
