In these Terms and Conditions: “We” “Us” and “Our” refers to RoundTab Ltd, trading as RoundTab. The term 'You' “Customer” and “Client” refers to the user of our services, or the user or viewer of our website.
By using our service you are thereby agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Description of RoundTab Services
RoundTab LTD (RoundTab) is a service which enables you to offer a “pay at table” experience to your customers. The “website based menu” will be created by the client, all products and prices will be set by the client. Payments are then made via our web application and processed using Stripe. At the point of payment Stipe will deduct their card processing fee, as well as our fee. The balance will be paid directly to the client.
Information gathered by us
When you register to use or demo our services we may store certain information about you:
- Your registered email address
- Your name
- Your establishment name
- The address of the establishment
- The IP address of any users logging in
- We will not share your information with any third party.
Our Fees
We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, we will notify you giving 7 days notice of any changes. Fees are taken automatically from your customer when they checkout using our website based menu.
Both ourselves (within reasonable grounds) and the Client have the right to terminate their account at any point.
As our service is charged in a “pay as you go” manner, no fees taken will be refunded upon cancellation.

Complaints Procedure
