Walkouts — dine and dash — cost venues money and put extra pressure on staff, especially when the room is busy. RoundTab’s order at table flow reduces that risk because guests pay when they order.

How it works

Guests scan the QR code at their table, browse the menu on their phone, and pay through RoundTab before the kitchen or bar starts the ticket. There is no paper bill left open at the table.

Staff can see paid orders in the management area, so it is clearer which tables have settled.

Why that helps

• Payment before service. The order is paid when it is placed, so walkouts cannot leave an unpaid bill behind.
• A clear payment record. Every order is logged, which reduces disputes about whether a table has paid.

What this is not

RoundTab is not a CCTV or alarm system. It does not replace attentive service. It does mean guests cannot build up a tab of uncharged drinks on the QR flow and then walk out.
