Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests scan your QR code and open the menu in their phone’s web browser.

What fees will I pay?

RoundTab charges a 0.5% platform fee per transaction, with no setup or monthly fee. If you accept online payments, Stripe charges its processing fees separately.

Can I try it before registering?

Yes. Use the demo to explore the guest menu and see how ordering works before registering your venue.

Can I use RoundTab without online payments?

Yes. You can receive orders through RoundTab and take payment yourself. The RoundTab platform fee still applies.

Does RoundTab support click-and-collect?

Yes. RoundTab supports takeaway ordering as well as table service. Contact us for help setting it up for your venue.
